She has also earned certifications in Sports Science and Human Performance, in Nimmo trigger point technique, Whole food Nutrition, Jasmine is a chiropractor with a passion for empowering her patients to lead happy, healthy life free from the fear of movement. Chelsea is a Registered Massage Therapist providing therapeutic massage with a focus on chronic pain management, nervous system regulation, and injury recovery. She has been in clinical practice since 2016, working with a wide range of clients and physical presentations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association certified personal trainer, which informs a strong, movement-based understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and tissue function. This background supports effective treatment of sports injuries, overuse patterns, and movement-related pain, as well as long-term physical resilience.

She regularly works with clients managing fibromyalgia, persistent muscular tension, and other chronic pain conditions. Treatment is individualized and adapted to each client’s tolerance and functional goals. Her approach emphasizes effective, well-paced therapy rather than unnecessary force.

Her goal is to provide practical, evidence-informed massage therapy that supports function, reduces pain, and helps clients move and feel better in their day-to-day lives.

As someone who enjoys a variety of physical activities and exercise, Nicole has always had an interest in the cause and effect of bodily injuries, the effects of ageing on the body, and of subsequent healing. Nicole enjoys helping patients to heal and recover from injury in order to continue to live an active life. It was in 2014 that Nicole decided to leave a career in IT to become an RMT. Nicole earned her RMT license in 2016, and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Nicole has worked in both a multidisciplinary clinic settings as well as at a yoga studio; different settings which have given her the opportunity to treat a broad spectrum of patients and conditions. Nicole’s specializations include: pre- and post-natal patients, TMJ disorders, strains and injuries from the overuse of common structures of the body such as shoulder and hip joints. Nicole also employs myofascial release and cupping techniques. Nicole plans to further her education on pelvic health, and to add acupuncture to her skillset.

In 2006, Ashley graduated from Centennial College in the Advanced Diploma Massage Therapy Program. Working out of Bellesmere Massage Therapy Clinic for the majority of her career, Ashley worked with varying degrees of chronic, sports and acute injuries, while treating expecting mothers and children. She taught stand in anatomy classes at the London School of Dance in Scarborough, and is now fulfilling her dream of opening her space here!
